M-24

M-24 is a modified human and one of the Union's first hundred experimental subjects. Large and intimidating in appearance, he initially seems cold but proves capable of genuine compassion, especially toward M-21, the only other survivor from their group. Considered a failed experiment, he relies on Union pills to prevent his body from deteriorating and has developed minor mind-control abilities as a side effect of experimentation.
