Biography

M-21 is a modified human in his early twenties who was one of the Union's hundred experiments under Dr. Crombel. Branded a failed experiment, he and M-24 were used as Union agents. Reserved and direct, M-21 can become provocative or aggressive and develops a strong loyalty toward the people he protects.

Story spoilers

M-24's sacrifice changes M-21, and Raizel later awakens powers that the Union failed to bring out. With Raizel's support, M-21 searches for the names and memories that he and the other failed experiments lost during Crombel's tests.
