Biography
Lucy Yamagami has an unusually long first name because her parents listed all their ideas on her registration form and a bureaucrat approved it. Embarrassed by the result, she says she became a civil servant to take revenge on the official responsible and becomes angry when people address her by her first name or abbreviate it.
