Lucius Oriflamme

Lucius Oriflamme, also called Luca, is a noble-born vampire and heir to the title of Grand Duke. He is close to the Queen but still too young to assume the role himself, so his uncle Lord Ruthven acts on his behalf. Jeanne is his partner.
