Story spoilers
After clashes with Hero Emilia and the Demon Lord, Urushihara ends up living with Sadao Maou and Ashiya. Lucifer, Ignora's son, bears the title “original sin” and was born after the angels' home-world was destroyed. Once an honored archangel tasked with leading the archangels, he abandoned that role, became a fallen angel, spent years in the Demon Realm, and later joined the young Satan Jacob's effort to unite it.
