Luca Blight

Luca is the eldest child of Sara and Agares Blight and was Highland's crown prince from birth. In childhood, bandits attacked the royal entourage; Agares escaped to seek aid while Luca was forced to witness the repeated rape of his mother. Luca came to hate Agares for what he saw as a cowardly retreat, while also developing a deep desire for vengeance against Jowston. As an adult he gains control of the Highland Army. In 460, his soldiers slaughter Highland's youth army after a peace treaty and place the blame on the State Army, helping reignite war before Luca launches his invasion of Jowston. He later becomes King of Highland and sacrifices the people of Muse City to empower the Beast Rune for an eventual attack on the City-State and the world. A coordinated ambush by the New State Army eventually ends with Luca's death after he continues fighting despite repeated wounds.
