Litchi Faye-Ling

Litchi Faye-Ling is a renowned doctor who runs a clinic in Kagutsuchi's Orient Town with assistant Lin Hua. Formerly associated with Tager and Kokonoe in Sector Seven, she now protects local residents from Arakune while searching for a way to restore him to his former self. The Kaka clan trusts her, and she uses a panda-shaped hairpiece called Lao Jiu that amplifies Seithr and appears to help control her staff.
