Biography
Lilica Evette is a shy, insecure and somewhat clumsy psychic who looks up to Rio and addresses her as “sempai.” Because her powers may be dangerous, she wears magnetic restraints on her wrists and ankles. Her abilities include a modified form of dowsing that uses a crystal pendant and map to locate potential criminals, as well as automatic drawing that can reveal clues hidden within apparently meaningless scribbles.
Story spoilers
Positive interaction with others, especially Rio, strengthens Lilica's psychic abilities until the restraints intended to contain her become ineffective.
