Lestiina Dai Rakios
レスティーナ・ダイ・ラキオスBiography
Lestiina Dai Rakios is the princess of Rakios in northern Phantasmagoria. Ambitious but unlike her father in outlook, she does not share the widespread hatred toward spirits. While Kaori is kept under her supervision, Lestiina regularly visits her, and she sometimes disguises herself as Lemuria simply for fun.
Story spoilers
Lestiina later assumes power after her father, the king, dies during an assault.
