Character profile
Leon Oswald
レオン・オズワルドShinigami / The God of Death / The Grim Reaper
Biography
Leon Oswald is an extremely talented French acrobat recruited to Kaleido Stage by Kalos. He comes across as cold, self-centered, cynical and rude, and has a terrible reputation in the circus and acrobatic community, where he is nicknamed the "God of Death."
Story spoilers
Leon's cold behavior stems from the death of his sister Sophie in a traffic accident after Yuri Killian called her to a distant park so she would be late and miss the international Circus Festival show. With Sora's help, Leon eventually begins moving beyond that trauma and grows closer to the cast. He also apologizes to Sora for insulting Layla.
