Laplace

Laplace is a large, blue, plesiosaur-like sea Pokémon with a cream underside, curled ears, a short horn, four flippers, and a heavy gray shell. Gentle and intelligent, it understands human speech and willingly ferries people across water. Laplace travel in large ocean-going pods and sing melodies to keep in contact with one another.
