Kyousuke Tamamo

In the manga, Tamamo is actually a powerful golden fox youko with centuries of spiritual knowledge and illusion and foxfire techniques, and is both an ally and rival to Nube. He initially seeks Hiroshi Tateno's skull as the ideal component for his transformation into a human, but after repeated encounters with Nube and class 5-3 he grows increasingly interested in the human heart, becomes a doctor at Doumori Hospital, and eventually finds himself unable to take Hiroshi's skull. He later uses his strongest fire technique, Megido, against Zekki.
