Kyousui Tougoku

Kyousui Tougoku, usually called Sui, owns and manages Rokuhōdō. He left an office job to reopen the tea house inherited from his grandfather, who taught him tea making, and has become an expert whose tea is known for being relaxing and easy to drink. He loves cats and keeps a former stray named Kinako, though his cooking is feared by the others.
