Kyouko Shirafuji

Kyouko Shirafuji is Wagnaria's twenty-eight-year-old manager. Usually apathetic about the restaurant's day-to-day operation, she does little work herself and believes employees should come before customers because they are the ones doing the work. She is willing to use force against unruly patrons and becomes gloomy when her age is mentioned. Kyouko first met Yachiyo after rescuing her from bullies when Yachiyo was a child.
