Biography
Kuroneko is the mysterious employer of the Akudama, communicating through a robotic black cat and hiring them to rescue Cutthroat and later hijack the Shinkansen.
Story spoilers
Kuroneko is eventually revealed to be an immortal boy trying, together with his sister, to escape becoming a vessel used to maintain the Kanto supercomputer.
