Kubota

Kubota is an army intelligence officer and former colleague of Aramaki who regularly supplies him with inside information. He appears to share Aramaki's JGSDF Academy class and an equivalent colonel-level rank. Politically ambitious, Kubota often passes unpleasant assignments to Section 9 to keep questionable work off his own record.
