Koushi Inuzuka

Koushi Inuzuka is an intelligent, physically weak high-school student and the son of martial-arts master Unken Inuzuka. His family belongs to Japan's twelve Zodiac Master families and is associated with the dog of the Chinese zodiac. He rejects martial-arts training and hopes to become a prosecutor. When threatened with a fight, he recites laws and penalties to deter his attacker, though this does not always work.
