Kouko Nosa

Kouko Nosa is the secretary aboard the destroyer Harekaze, a polite and mild-mannered all-rounder capable of handling a wide variety of tasks. A certified Database Specialist, she is constantly using a tablet to record data, calculate and gather information. Kouko has an exceptional memory but weak social skills, and she enjoys presenting her theories through exaggerated one-person skits.
