Kouki Maeno is a young man with distorted memory whom Rin accidentally saves.
Story spoilers
He is a clone created by Aoyama Pharmaceutical, carrying the original Kōki's memories through artificial means. After learning the truth, he chooses to keep living and works at Asōgi Consulting for the next twenty-one years. He later consumes a time spore to survive as an angel after being shot while rescuing Rin, but Eipos kills him before he can finish consuming Sayara. His lost time spore could be the one Rin later finds in the sea.
