Kouichi Minamoto

Kouichi Minamoto is a twenty-year-old with no esper powers but exceptional intelligence. As field leader of The Children, he directs their missions and oversees their everyday care. Patient and good-natured despite the girls' disobedience, he earns their trust and helps them grow, though being pushed too far can bring out a comically terrifying temper.
