相原琴子Biography
Kotoko Aihara has loved Naoki Irie since their first year of high school, when she saw him speak at the opening ceremony. After an earthquake destroys her newly built home, she and her father move into the Irie household. Although academically weak, Kotoko is spirited and persistent.
Story spoilers
Naoki is eventually revealed to have loved her all along, and Kotoko later chooses nursing so she can work alongside him.
