Koto Ootsuki

Koto Ootsuki is Eiji's childhood friend and acts like an older sister toward him. Mischievous and playful, she spends time with Eiji and Nanako, often teases them, and gives Nanako advice when asked. She is also president of the "Modern US army combative" club.
