Koenma

Koenma, or King Enma Jr., is the son of Spirit World's ruler Enma and the official who appoints Yusuke Urameshi as a spirit detective. Though he first appears as a toddler and often serves as comic relief, he is more than seven centuries old, knowledgeable about the universe, and capable of stepping up when his allies are in danger. His work includes deciding who goes to Heaven and who goes to Hell.
