Kobeni Higashiyama

Kobeni Higashiyama is a new Public Safety Devil Hunter in Tokyo Special Division 4, working under Makima and partnered with Hirokazu Arai. Timid and easily frightened, she can crack under pressure, but in actual combat she proves unexpectedly talented, cool-headed, and efficient.
