Biography
Kobato Hanato is a naïve, cheerful girl with a sincere desire to prevent others from suffering. She travels with a mysterious flask that fills as she heals people's heartaches, hoping that completing her task will let her reach a place she desperately wants to visit. Kobato is also a talented singer, though her enthusiasm is accompanied by clumsiness, rash decisions, and frequent confusion. She works as an assistant at Yomogi Nursery.
Story spoilers
Kobato's origins remain uncertain: she appears to have no memories of her past, and it is suggested that she may come from another dimension. She is also apparently forbidden from falling in love with anyone whose heart she heals.
