Kobachi Osaragi is Miko's bespectacled classmate and a member of the disciplinary committee. She has watched over Miko for more than ten years.

Kobachi has liked Yuu Ishigami since middle school, though not romantically. Believing Tsubame Koyasu to be kind, she supports Ishigami's feelings for Tsubame even though Miko is also in love with him.
