Kirika Ueno is Haruaki's classmate and the Student Body President. Kirika was previously part of an organization called Nightcrawlers.

The River of Black Strings also curses its own user with an urge to hurt or kill someone. Kirika deals with that compulsion by killing herself and returning to life through Ginstrnag's Love.
