Kimihiro Tsutsui

Kimihiro Tsutsui is the kindhearted president of Haze Junior High's Go club. He is not an especially strong player and uses a playbook during tournaments, but his enthusiasm for Go is genuine. When Hikaru first encounters him, Tsutsui is the club's sole member and is working to recruit enough players to enter school tournaments.
