Character profile
Kiichi Gotou
後藤喜一Biography
Kiichi Gotou is captain of SV.2 Division 2. His relaxed and friendly exterior hides an exceptionally capable officer with sharp perception, subtlety, and a talent for manipulation. Rumor holds that senior police officials assigned him to SV.2 partly because they feared how many people he might upset elsewhere, and he is often aware of developing events well before those around him.
