Kibana

Kibana is the Galar League's eighth and final Gym Leader and is recognized as the strongest Gym Leader in Galar. He calls himself Dande's rival; despite a 0-to-10 losing streak, he is the only person who has come close to beating Dande and has knocked out more of Dande's Pokémon than anyone else. Kibana is often seen taking selfies on his Rotom Phone, a habit he initially picked up to remind himself of the pain of defeat before it spread to other parts of his lifestyle.
