Kenji Tsukino
月野謙之Biography
Kenji Tsukino is Usagi Tsukino's father and a well-meaning salaryman who works as a magazine reporter. He is affectionate toward his wife Ikuko and can be protective of Usagi, becoming upset when he sees her with Mamoru Chiba.
Story spoilers
Kenji later becomes an editor-in-chief. In the manga, he is the family member who notices similarities between Usagi and Sailor Moon and senses a new maturity in her after she becomes aware of being Princess Serenity.
