Keigo Oonishi

When younger, he was somewhat tricked into selling his legs to Kanno, and his Texhnolyze replacements let him hear the "voice of the city," visions sent by the Mothers. His passive approach creates conflict within Organ, and he is repeatedly challenged, betrayed and removed, and is reinstated once. He takes Ichise under his wing and tries to focus his potential away from blind rage. After losing leadership again, he helps organize resistance to the Shapes. He ultimately asks the city's voice what to do, kills Ran at her request by driving his katana into the Obelisk, and is then shot apart by an angry mob.
