Kei Tsukikage

Kei Tsukikage is Toshi's curious kindergarten-age younger brother and an enthusiastic fan of Ganbaman, especially its leader Gamba White. He cannot always keep up with the older fifth-graders Isami, Toshi and Soushi, but still finds ways to help the Shinsengumi when they are in trouble.
