アオイ・カズヤ

Biography

Kazuya Aoi is a 15-year-old Japanese Limiter who enrolls at West Genetics. Unusually for a male, he can nurture stigmas, and his exceptionally high synchronization lets him use Freezing without being baptized with a specific Pandora. His power can immobilize targets completely and break the Freezing used by multiple other Limiters.

Story spoilers

Kazuya's sister Kazuha sacrificed her life to defeat a powerful Nova that invaded Japan. Because Satellizer reminds him of Kazuha, he empathizes with her and chooses to become her Limiter.
