Kazura Iha

Kazura Iha is a proud, conservative man from a samurai family whose strict manner often puts him at odds with Aoi. He can teleport, but avoids using the ability unless necessary because he considers it an unfair advantage; he also needs to envision his destination clearly.

Kazura speaks Chinese, German, and English and is skilled in Daitō-ryū Aiki-jūjutsu. Though he aspired to a career in the Imperial Japanese Army, his teleportation ability led to his compulsory recruitment into Sakurai Kikan.
