Kazamori Sasa is a RAI, an artificially intelligent robot created by Sasa Komamori. Unable to harm another being, Kazamori can perfectly copy human thought and transfer or download its consciousness wirelessly at high speed into electronic devices. It is one of the last RAIs built before the technology is outlawed.
Story spoilers
After Komamori is arrested, Kazamori transfers its consciousness into a doll of a girl so it can continue living.
