Katsuya Hotei

Katsuya Hotei became famous young as a gifted pastry chef and is capable of working independently, but serves as Kai Asakura's right-hand man and sous chef at restaurant K. He holds the kitchen team together, oversees desserts, and has extensive knowledge of wine.
