Katsumi Akagi

Katsumi Akagi is Ryo's neighbor, classmate and closest friend since early childhood. Kind and compassionate but also strong-willed, she readily calls people out when she thinks they are being foolish and stays beside Ryo after his ARMS activates, trying to keep him calm.
Story spoilers
Katsumi is unknowingly one of the original ARMS-compatible embryos and part of Egrigori's plans, though she was not initially given an ARMS implant. After being imprisoned by Egrigori and later seemingly killed when Keith White pulls her into one of Ryo's attacks, she is seen alive again after Black Alice's apparent defeat. Contact with Alice leaves an ARMS core inside Katsumi, eventually awakening the Bandersnatch. At full power it takes a white form resembling Jabberwock and can generate extreme cold, freezing a town-sized area to absolute zero.
