Kasumi Ishiki

Kasumi Ishiki is the central character of King of Thorn and carries the Medusa virus. Her twin sister Shizuku also has the disease, but only Kasumi is selected for cold sleep. In the manga, she struggles with guilt over leaving Shizuku behind even though her sister encouraged her to go, and earlier memories suggest that Kasumi compared herself unfavorably with Shizuku's confidence and popularity.
