Karinka is the third Steel Angel built from Dr. Ayanakouji's design, activated by the Academy to destroy Kurumi.
Story spoilers
She later joins Nakahito's group while trying to understand Kurumi's power and develops a crush on Nakahito. His influence helps her become friendly. Karinka is also responsible for kidnapping and nearly killing Saki.
