Kanoe

Kanoe is Princess Hinoto's younger sister and a secretary working in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. She supports the Dragons of Earth largely out of spite toward Hinoto and can enter and leave dreams like Hinoto and Kakyou, although she cannot see the future without assistance.
