Character profile
Kaiba
カイバWarp
Biography
Kaiba is a quiet, empathetic man with yellow bobbed hair, blue-green eyes, a hole in the center of his chest and a three-circle tattoo on his abdomen. He begins with little understanding of himself, carrying a necklace that contains a photograph of an unidentified woman.
Story spoilers
The woman in the necklace is Neiro. Kaiba is actually the current Warp, the king of memories, whose memories have been altered by Issoudan. As the story develops, he changes bodies several times and is revealed to possess extraordinary resilience and poorly controlled apparent powers capable of stopping or destroying large objects. He is one of six sons of the former king and the only brother to survive the succession conflict, later ruling and creating technology for preserving memories. During his absence, a false Warp secretly takes his place.
