Kagetsu

Kagetsu is a Neutralizer from the Guardian World. Neutralizers can cancel other people's magic, temporarily borrow that power, and serve as caretakers of the Throne of Yord. Kagetsu is considered an outcast by the Guardian World's Elder and is pursued by Tiara and Japolo; he and Tiara were formerly lovers.
