Kagerou Usui
臼井影郎Biography
Kagerou Usui is the actual class president of 2-He, yet his presence is so faint that people effectively ignore him until he seems to vanish from sight; exposing his thinning hair suddenly makes him noticeable. In the anime, he has a strong crush on Abiru but also watches many of the other female students, who generally fail to notice him at all.
