Story spoilers
Kabane's half-ghoul body grants rapid regeneration and healing, immense strength, an inability to feel pain, and the ability to separate parts of his body. He can recover even from decapitation under some conditions, though his regenerative power has limits and his body can still be overwhelmed or immobilized.
