Juuzou Hasegawa

Juuzou Hasegawa leads the Cyber Police's special operations and expects absolute obedience from the criminals under his control. He can detonate their collars if they refuse orders, but also recognizes the good in them and rewards successful work by reducing their sentences. A chain smoker, he keeps the lighter that controls the collar timers close at hand.
