Justy Ueki Tylor

Justy Ueki Tylor is a carefree, upbeat captain whose goofy, laid-back manner causes others to underestimate him. He dislikes unnecessary rules, leaves many command duties to his lieutenants, and would generally rather escape danger than fight. Despite appearing lazy or cowardly, he cares deeply about people and will risk his life for his crew when necessary. His extraordinary luck repeatedly carries him through seemingly impossible situations.
