Story spoilers
Justice can regenerate after exposure to blood and conceals a third arm on his back that wields a sword, the weapon he used to decapitate Afro's father. Afro eventually defeats him by cutting his body into pieces. In Season 2, Justice appears again, fully healed. He and Afro's father had once belonged to the same swordsman clan and were best friends before their beliefs divided them.
