ジュラ・ベーシル・エルデン

Jura Basil Elden is the secondary leader of the Dread fighting force. Vain and somewhat inexperienced as a commander, she relies on Barnette and takes great care of her long blonde hair. She also carries a rapier, though she rarely has the opportunity to demonstrate her skill with it.

Story spoilers

Jura eventually combines her Dread with Hibiki's Vanguard to create the Vandread Jura-type, a defensive machine whose enhanced shielding can cover an enormous area. In the second season, she spends a lot of time trying to have a child with Hibiki.
