ジュライBiography
July is a young Doll usually seen with April. His observation ability uses glass as its medium, and he regards November and April as friends despite Dolls supposedly being unable to think beyond their programming.
Story spoilers
In the second season, July helps Suou direct her powers against the FSB and MIAC and later joins Hei's group for unclear reasons. It is eventually implied that he falls in love with Suou. Both are killed by Izanami and later appear in Shion's alternate world, where July is an ordinary boy rather than a Doll.
